When the vessels of the soul are tended, life begins to flow.
From times of antiquity, sages, mystics, and healers have been able to perceive the existence of energy centers in the human body. The Celtic tradition carries a living understanding of human vitality through the image of the Three Cauldrons, sacred vessels within the body that govern our capacity for life force, creativity, wisdom, and spiritual sovereignty.
When one cauldron is tilted, underfed, or overwhelmed, we feel it as depletion, confusion, or disconnection. When they are tended, aligned, and allowed to flow together, we feel it in the way we can show up fully for our lives.
In this free virtual gathering, we will explore the Three Cauldron energy system as an embodied map of becoming: from the low belly to the crown of the head, governed by the sea, land, and sky, past, present, and future; how to tend our vitality, creative life force energy, emotional capacity, consciousness development, and divine inspiration.
An Embodied Map of Becoming
The Cauldron of Warming
Resting in the belly, this is the wellspring of your physical vitality. We will explore what it means to keep this base fire burning steady in a world that often leaves us cold.
The Cauldron of Vocation
Held within the heart, this vessel governs the movement of your unique gifts and the fluidity of your emotions. We will look at how this cauldron shifts through the dance of joy and sorrow.
The Cauldron of Knowledge
Found in the quiet of the upper mind, this is the home of your higher self. We will discuss the moments of awe and revelation that allow this vessel to turn toward the sky and receive.
The cauldrons need not be activated, they are innate in our divine design. The wisdom here invites us into right relationship with our bodies, our emotions, our stories, and the unseen currents moving through our lives.
This gathering is an invitation to:
- Reconnect with an ancestral Celtic understanding of energy and soul maturation
- Sense where your own cauldrons may be full, tilted, or asking for care
- Explore the embodiment, nervous system regulation, and spiritual wisdom that meet in this ancient framework
- Listen to the stories and presence that emerge in the felt exploration of the body
Come as you are.
Bring curiosity, a warm cup of something, and a willingness to remember what your body already knows.
