Pneuma

: breath, spirit, life force energy

Across cultures and traditions, the spirit of Pneuma has been used to describe the animating life for energy that connects all things: body and soul, matter and mystery.

A living tapestry of relationship, reverence, and return.

Pneuma is devoted to embodiment, consciousness, and sacred relationship.

We exist to support people in remembering their belonging — to their bodies, to the earth, and to the larger intelligence moving through life itself. Our work is rooted in the understanding that healing does not come from fixing what is broken, but from restoring right relationship with all aspects of being.

Pneuma is a container that holds space for meaningful transformation through body wisdom, plant medicines, eco-spirituality, and grounded, trauma-informed support.

Meeting the Moment

Systems of oppression foster disconnection from the body, the earth, and one another, contributing to both personal and collective suffering.

The practices held at Pneuma aim to meet this moment through supporting conditions where separation can soften and relationship can be restored.

Servant Leadership & Stewardship

Pneuma is guided by facilitators that honor the complexity of individuals and collective energies, and maintain regulation and accountability in holding a safe and present container, serving the process as it unfolds organically.

The Holy Wild

At Pneuma, the natural world is revered as a living and wise teacher. Land, water, wind, seasons, and all of the more-than-human others are respected as living presences that carry unique medicines to learn from and be in sacred  relationship with.

Spiritual inquiry is not oriented toward transcendence above ordinary life, but deepening into it.

A Living Invitation

There is no single entry point into sacred conversation.

Whether you come for microdosing, ceremony, 1:1 support, body work, or to deepen your spiritual practice, you are invited to stay for the connection, presence, and continued unfolding of awareness.

Reciprocity

Relationships with land, traditional wisdom, body, and community are treated as mutual and reciprocal, rather than extractive.

Responsibility

Consent, pacing, and accountability guide how containers are held and facilitated with integrity.

Presence

Attention and embodied awareness are essential foundations for learning and change.
