About the event
Microdose Tea • Breathwork Ceremony • Yoga Nidra • Soundbowl Meditation
As autumn exhales her final breath, Heart of the Harvest invites us into a sacred pause to gather the fruits of our becoming, honor the unseen hands that helped them grow, and return our gratitude to the great web of life.
This is a ceremony of reciprocity, where gratitude becomes embodied prayer. We remember that to receive is holy, to give is sacred, and to rest in the balance between the two is grace. In the stillness after abundance, we cultivate equanimity, the quiet knowing that everything, both joy and loss, has ripened us.
We begin by sipping a microdose tea blend, crafted to enhance openness, clarity, and connection to the subtle realms. From here, we’ll enter into a guided breathwork ceremony to awaken the body’s innate intelligence and move stagnant energy, followed by a deeply restorative yoga nidra & soundbowl journey to root into spaciousness, attune your nervous system, and deepen connection to spirit.
To live with a grateful heart is to participate in the eternal dance of giving and receiving. In this ceremony, we practice thankfulness as medicine by restoring our relationship to our place in nature.
Expect a container full of intention, beauty, and wonder.
Expect to meet yourself more fully.
