In an intimate small group setting, we will resource teachings from wisdom traditions as we sit inquisitively in the presence of our humanity, excavate our innate healing intelligence with embodied practices, and sip from the reservoir of infinite presence and compassion.
In this safe container you have permission to be seen and held in your authentic expression and offer the same medicine to others.
