TICKETSTake a breath, tune in with your Self, and find what matters.
With so much happening every day, every week, it’s so easy to get caught up in the grind and routine. Tired of functioning on auto pilot? Ready for a guided, supported exploration to wash away the internal dust and find clarity on what you need and where you’re headed? Taking time out to contemplate the finite nature of life will make room for what is important.
We gather in a beautiful, physical ceremony space to share time and presence with one another. This allows us to each have an individual experience with gentle support of the environment. There will be tea available, both herbal and microdose, all of which is optional. Everyone gets cozy in their space and finds a restful pose. Bee then guides a gentle meditation that starts with a life review, turns toward a visualization of the end of life, and closes with an exploration of meaning and what has arisen during the meditation. We return to our bodies and the present moment together and then have an opportunity to reorient in the space, share with others, and transition back into our evening.
Leave this experience feeling grounded and clear. When we acknowledge and explore our mortality, we allow the beauty of life to shine a little brighter.
